This past week, I’ve had my best Skidmore friends visiting in Hawaii! It’s been super fun and I’m sad to see them leave. A year and a half ago, some of us went to Maine together.
Maggie brought homemade banana bread for our breakfasts that weekend, which had walnuts and was delicious, especially with coffee.
One morning, when we were snacking on banana bread and frying up some bacon, we had a genius idea.
We wrapped bacon around slices of the banana bread and fried it. So delicious!!!
And perfect fuel for an active summer day.
